At Eleusinia, you start your journey with our 10-point preparation checklist. We’re strong advocates for the power of education in preparing for your psychedelic experience. Our preparation materials provide detailed insights into the neuroscience and mechanisms behind these substances. Aside from education, our process includes coaching you on neuroscience-based skills, techniques, and exercises to help you productively navigate your sessions.

Returning to the Eleusinia garden is different the second time. The pathways are familiar. The way the light filters through the trees feels like a memory your body recognizes before your mind does. What once felt entirely new now carries a quiet sense of continuity, yet the experience remains fully alive.

Our psilocybin macrodose session unfolds again in the open landscape you already know and trust. The same expansive skies. The same privacy. The same steady rhythm of nature holding the container. This is not an introduction. It is a return with greater awareness, steadier navigation, and a deeper capacity to work with what arises.

For alumni, the session becomes an opportunity to refine the skills you began cultivating during your first visit. Presence is more deliberate. Surrender is more conscious. Integration begins even before the experience concludes.

And yes, as the journey softens and you begin to land, you will see a smiling Eleusinia team member approaching with your personal tray of guacamole and esquites, just as you remember. A small ritual. A familiar taste. A gentle reminder that you are home again, continuing the work.

DMT has always been one of the most distinct elements of the Eleusinia experience. Brief in duration yet expansive in impact, it has a way of reorganizing perception with remarkable precision. Visual, emotional, and somatic dimensions can shift rapidly, creating an experience that is difficult to describe yet unmistakable once felt.

In the Alumni Retreat, the arc evolves.

Guests may choose between a closely guided individual session with a facilitator, or independent exploration using a personal DMT pen in a favorite garden setting. Many will recognize this option from their second session during the 8-Day Intensive. Here, that autonomy is no longer an introduction. It is a deliberate stage of development.

Independent exploration is not about intensity. It is about skill. It reflects trust in your capacity to regulate, navigate, and return with clarity. The familiar gardens become both setting and teacher, offering privacy, beauty, and continuity with your previous visit.

For those who prefer a fully guided container, that structure remains available. For those ready to work more independently, the program supports that progression.

As before, the experience is brief, often 10 to 15 minutes, yet its precision makes it a powerful tool for continued refinement. For alumni, DMT becomes less about encountering the unknown and more about sharpening awareness within terrain you already understand.

For alumni who feel ready to advance their DMT practice, we offer a sensory deprivation progression designed as the next stage of refinement.

This option takes place inside the Temazcal, gently warmed to a comfortable body temperature. The environment is intentionally contained, quiet, and steady. Familiar, yet distinctly different from the open garden.

The experience unfolds in multiple brief DMT sessions. It begins with a softly lit environment illuminated by subtle galaxy lights, allowing for orientation and gradual immersion. As the progression deepens, the lighting transitions to full blackout. With visual input removed, perception reorganizes entirely around internal space. What remains is unfiltered consciousness, without landscape, without sky, without distraction.

This session is available for those who feel prepared to explore DMT without external anchors. It is not required. Guests may instead choose an additional session in the garden, working again with nature as the container.

Within the Alumni Retreat, this sensory deprivation format represents a deliberate step in the arc of development. From guided support, to independent outdoor exploration, to immersion without external reference points. Each stage builds on the last. The choice reflects where you are in your own progression.

Even when you have done this before, integration remains the real work. Psychedelic states can feel luminous and coherent in the moment, then slippery once ordinary consciousness returns. The Alumni Retreat approaches integration not as a recap, but as a continuation of your trajectory.

One of the most valuable elements for returning guests is the opportunity to create a new voice recording of your reflections following your session. When placed alongside the recording from your previous visit, it becomes something rare: a living comparison across time. You can hear the arc in your own voice. The themes that have resolved. The edges that remain. The growth that is no longer theoretical, but audible.

Following the session, our team conducts a personalized one on one integration meeting focused on refinement rather than introduction. We explore how your navigation has evolved, how your emotional responses have shifted, and how insights are translating into sustained change. Recordings remain available so you can revisit them later or share them with your therapist at home.

For those who wish to revisit a spiritual dimension, individual sessions with our curandera remain available, offering continuity with traditional Mexican mushroom practices. Group meditation coaching continues to emphasize somatic awareness and disciplined presence, strengthening skills you have already begun cultivating.

In the Alumni program, integration is not about starting over. It is about recognizing momentum and consciously shaping what comes next.

For returning guests, meditation and breathwork are no longer conceptual bridges between psychedelic and non psychedelic states. They are skill sets already in motion.

Research has shown meaningful overlap between neural patterns observed in deep meditation and those seen during psychedelic states. During your first visit, you may have sensed that connection. In the Alumni Retreat, we treat it as something trainable.

Post session meditation and breathwork classes are structured to help you recognize familiar internal markers. The subtle shifts in perception. The widening of attention. The softening of narrative. Rather than rediscovering these states for the first time, you are refining your ability to access them deliberately.

This is where the arc becomes visible. The goal is not to replicate the intensity of a psychedelic experience, but to strengthen voluntary access to steadier versions of that awareness. Over time, these practices become less about chasing a state and more about stabilizing it.

For alumni, meditation becomes less of an experiment and more of a discipline. Breathwork becomes less of a tool and more of a language you already speak, now with greater fluency.

Learn the technique to extract DMT from legal, easy-to-source plant materials in this optional add-on class ($275). This course is particularly valuable to visitors looking to benefit long-term from the neuroprotective effects of DMT. This course is further enhanced during our 8-day program with additional hands-on practice and purification techniques.

Dinner in the Dark returns in the Alumni Retreat, but not in quite the way you remember.

You already know the premise. Sight removed. Prediction disrupted. Flavor and texture stepping forward without visual confirmation. The exercise was never about novelty. It was about perception. About feeling your brain attempt to fill in gaps and watching, in real time, how expectation shapes experience.

For returning guests, we have made one important adjustment. The menu has changed.

Just to keep your predictive machinery honest.

Alumni often arrive thinking they know what is coming. A familiar sequence. A remembered taste. A texture anticipated before it reaches the palate. This year, we gently interfere with that confidence. The structure remains. The spirit remains. The culinary details evolve.

The intention is the same as before, but with a sharper edge. To explore how prior experience influences perception. To notice whether your nervous system relaxes into familiarity or tightens around expectation. To see whether the absence of sight feels different the second time.

Dinner in the Dark, for alumni, becomes less about surprise and more about refinement. You have already encountered the experiment. Now you return with awareness, and we adjust the variables.

Consider it a rematch between you and your predictive brain.

Our fully integrated medical team is available on-site 24 hours a day throughout your retreat experience, ensuring your comfort and security.

Our optional carefully designed intravenous (IV) therapies are crafted to elevate your wellness experience by delivering essential nutrients directly into your bloodstream. Whether you’re seeking a boost in energy, improved mental clarity, or enhanced recovery, our personalized IV drips can include key ingredients like Vitamin C, Glutathione, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B-12, and Chromium. These nutrients work together to support immune function, detoxify the body, reduce fatigue, and promote mental focus, ensuring you feel revitalized from the inside out. By maximizing absorption, our IV therapies help restore balance and support overall well-being during your retreat, leaving you feeling your absolute best.

IV therapy sessions ($185-$220) can be scheduled on days when no psilocybin activities are planned. This ensures the treatments can be administered safely and effectively, allowing you to experience their full benefits without any interference.

Eleusinia’s Couples Package offers returning guests the opportunity to share the experience in a more intentional way. Many couples first visited separately, each doing their own work. The Alumni Retreat creates space to come back together and deepen that journey side by side.

This add on includes exclusive moments designed for two, such as a private picnic lunch, a candlelit en suite dinner, and an additional couples massage. For those who choose, a customized shared psilocybin macrodose session in a private garden alcove and a shared DMT experience allow partners to explore connection within a supported setting.

A dedicated couples integration session provides space to reflect together on what has evolved, both individually and as a pair. The optional commitment renewal ceremony offers a meaningful way to acknowledge growth and intentionally mark the next chapter.

For couples who have already done the work independently, this package becomes something different. Not an introduction, but a convergence.

Arrival and Reorientation
Returning to Eleusinia feels familiar from the moment the shuttle turns into the estate. You are welcomed again with tamales and champurrado, a small ritual that marks the shift back into retreat space.

Intake meetings allow us to review what has evolved since your last visit and refine your intentions for this chapter. A refreshed neuroscience session and time with our curandera provide context, now landing with the depth of lived experience.

Day 1 is not an introduction. It is a return, and a deliberate reset before the work begins again.

Psilocybin Macrodose
The garden awaits you again.

The day begins with familiar preparation. Breathwork. Meditation. A quiet settling of the nervous system before stepping back into the terrain you already know. This time, there is less uncertainty and more intention.

Your macrodose session unfolds in the same private garden spaces, held by open sky and steady support. What once felt like a mental marathon now becomes an opportunity to refine navigation. You recognize the thresholds. You trust the process. You work with it more deliberately.

The afternoon and evening are reserved for rest and integration. The body softens. The experience settles. The work continues quietly beneath the surface.

DMT and Temazcal
Morning begins with breakfast and a familiar sense of anticipation. The first DMT sessions of the retreat unfold individually, each guest stepping back into that brief and expansive space with greater steadiness than before. What once felt like an introduction now feels like refinement.

In the afternoon, we gather for the Temazcal. The heat, the darkness, the rhythm of breath and stone create a different kind of immersion. For returning guests, the ceremony carries memory. You know the intensity. You know the release. You enter with deeper trust.

Day 3 continues the arc from expansion to purification, building on foundations you have already laid.

DMT with Sensory Deprivation and Dinner in the Dark
The morning begins with the first portion of the DMT extraction course and the familiar writing exercise many alumni remember well. Later, guests may choose the sensory deprivation DMT session in the warmed Temazcal or opt for an additional garden session.

A TRE session in the afternoon supports physical integration, and the evening concludes with Dinner in the Dark, returning with a few thoughtful surprises for alumni.

Second Macrodose
The second macrodose arrives with a different quality. There is less orientation and more intention. You enter the garden with lived experience from earlier in the week, working with greater precision and self awareness.

Excursions, Minidose, & Closing Ceremony
As the retreat moves toward completion, guests may choose to spend the morning on local excursions or remain onsite for a third DMT session, offered to participants in the extraction class. In the afternoon, a psilocybin minidose is paired with breathwork and meditation, providing a gentle way to integrate the week’s experiences. The day concludes with a celebratory cacao ceremony after dinner, a communal closing that marks the transition from retreat back into daily life.

Departure
A final breakfast is served at 8:00 AM, followed by a 9:30 AM shuttle departure back to Mexico City.
